My coaching philosophy: The high school football player can maximize their fullest physical abilities through a structured and gradually progressed strength and conditioning program. The abilities to be developed are Power, Speed, Balance, Coordination, Reaction Timing and Agility. As well as Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Body Composition, Flexibility and Cardiorespiratory Fitness. With an emphasis on perfect exercise technique, consistent and maximum effort, the annual plan will produce physically sound and properly prepared football players. As a result, performance will be improved and injuries reduced. Ultimately, the team will win more football games.
